SCHREITER’S RETURN POLICY

IN-STOCK ITEMS
Regular priced in-stock items will be considered for return or exchange for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, all purchases are considered final sale. Any product accepted for return must be in original condition and in original packaging (where applicable). The customer assumes all pick up costs to return the item back to the warehouse. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment.
ORDERS
An Order refers to any item that is not purchased from our selection of in-stock items and needs to be brought in. Ordered items can be customized using the selection of standard variations offered by the manufacturer (e.g. coffee table offered in black or white, an ottoman finished in black leather and a leg in a standard stain, a sofa with down filled cushions). Orders cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return your ordered product you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item, after 10 days, all purchases are considered final sale. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any orders accepted for return. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging (where applicable) for a refund or store credit. The customer assumes all pick up costs to return the item back to the warehouse. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment.
CUSTOM ORDERS
A Custom Order is a unique, one-time order made by a client that requires a variation in manufacturer’s regular products (e.g. sofa made with a customer’s own material or custom height or length, a table with a custom stain).
Custom Orders cannot be cancelled and will not be considered for refunds or exchanges. All custom orders are final sale, cannot be returned and require a non-refundable 50% deposit
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Discounted floor models are final sale and will not be considered for return or exchange. These items are sold as-is and should be inspected at point of sale by the customer.
MATTRESSES
For hygiene reasons, all mattress sales are final and will not be considered for return or exchange.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are considered final sale and are not redeemable for cash.
